At EVNGALLERY, we aim to ensure your purchased artwork reaches you safely and securely. Below are the terms governing our delivery process.

Delivery Partner

We deliver all orders through HayPost CJSC, the official postal service of Armenia. HayPost ensures reliable handling and delivery of your purchased items.

Delivery Timeframe

•Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

•Delivery typically takes up to 50 calendar days, depending on your location and the postal service in your region.

•Delays caused by customs clearance, postal disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the HayPost CJSC website or through their customer service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork. These costs are non-refundable.

Customs and Duties

For international orders:

•You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.

•Please check your local customs regulations to understand potential fees before placing your order.

Delivery Address

•It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

EVNGALLERY is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within 50 days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with HayPost CJSC to locate your shipment.

Damaged Packages: If the package arrives damaged, refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on reporting the issue.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Force Majeure

EVNGALLERY is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
