Due to the unique and original nature of the artwork we sell, our refund policy is designed to address fairness for both buyers and sellers, as well as to minimize the risk of fraudulent activities.
General Policy
• All Sales Are Final: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of artwork, all purchases made on our Website are considered final. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must follow these steps:
1. Report the Issue: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing [email protected].
2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photographs of:
• The damaged/defective artwork.
• The packaging it arrived in.
• The shipping label.
3. Assessment: We will review your claim and determine if it qualifies for a refund, replacement, or repair.

Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Customers are encouraged to select shipping options with tracking and insurance to safeguard their purchase.
• If your package does not arrive, you may contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind.
• Dislike of the artwork after delivery.
• Incorrect orders made by the customer (e.g., choosing the wrong size, color, or other variations).
Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent claims:
• All artwork is documented and photographed before shipping.
• Packaging and shipping processes are thoroughly monitored.
• Refund requests involving discrepancies in artwork, damage, or defects will be carefully investigated.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of:
• Misuse or mishandling of the item by the customer.
• Fraudulent behavior, such as providing false information, altering photographs, or filing duplicate claims.
Custom and Commissioned Artwork
For custom or commissioned pieces, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the order is placed, as these pieces are created specifically for you.
Chargebacks
We strongly discourage chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first contacting us. If a chargeback is filed without valid justification, we reserve the right to:
• Provide evidence of the transaction and delivery to dispute the chargeback.
• Pursue legal action, if necessary, to recover costs associated with fraudulent claims.
